Kylee Nelson grew up in Altoona, Wisconsin, and recently earned her real estate license in October 2024. She is excited to begin her career in the real estate world and is also working toward an Associate’s Degree in Business Management at Chippewa Valley Technical College, which she will complete in May 2025. The knowledge and skills she’s gaining from both her education and her real estate experience will allow her to provide the best service to her clients as she continues to grow in the field.

In January 2025, Kylee joined Chippewa Valley Real Estate as an intern, where she is eager to learn from a talented team and gain hands-on experience in the industry. Although she is still in the early stages of her real estate journey, she is passionate about developing her skills and expanding her knowledge to better serve her future clients.

Outside of work, Kylee enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and traveling. She loves spending lake days in the summer and enjoys quality time with friends. Kylee also has a cat named Aspen who keeps things lively at home. She looks forward to continuing her personal and professional growth in the years ahead.
